Welcome to Fast Algo Solution. This Software License Agreement outlines the permitted use, restrictions, and legal conditions regarding our digital products, including analysis tools, backtesting systems, and educational frameworks.

1. License Scope

By purchasing or accessing any digital product from Fast Algo Solution, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited-use license to use the software solely for:

  • Educational purposes

  • Chart analysis and simulation

  • Strategy testing using backtest environments

You are not granted any rights to re-sell, redistribute, sublicense, or copy the software beyond its intended use.

2. No Financial Advice Disclaimer

Our tools, indicators, and systems are developed for technical research, market behavior simulation, and educational training. We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Claim authorship or originality of any content

4. Digital Delivery and Activation

  • All products are delivered via email upon confirmed payment within 24 hours

  • Activation (if applicable) is limited to the MT4 account ID provided at the time of purchase

  • Unauthorized use or multiple activations may lead to license revocation

5. Refund Terms

Please refer to our full Refund Policy. Refunds are generally not offered for digital products unless a verified technical issue occurs. Refunds will not be granted due to performance dissatisfaction, trading losses, or misuse.

6. Use of Content

All examples, illustrations, strategy cases, and demonstrations provided through our software or training are hypothetical and intended for understanding market structure — not for execution in real-money environments.

7. Jurisdiction and Legal Standing

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from the use of our products shall be handled under UAE commercial code and arbitration standards.
