Refund & Return Policy – Digital Software Products

At Fast Algo Solution, we provide access to digital analysis tools, backtesting systems, and educational software developed for research and simulation purposes. Due to the nature of digital products and the risk of unauthorized duplication, we follow a strict no-refund policy, with limited exceptions as outlined below.

🖥️ Product Access & Compatibility

All purchases grant access to downloadable or license-based digital files. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure system compatibility before completing the purchase.

  • If you experience technical issues (e.g., file corruption or system incompatibility), we will:

    • Offer technical support

    • Provide a working replacement

    • Or suggest an equivalent solution — free of charge

❌ No Full Refunds

Due to the non-tangible and instantly accessible nature of our software products, we do not issue full refunds once access has been granted or files have been delivered.

🔁 Limited Partial Refunds

A partial refund (up to 10%) may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • A clear technical malfunction is verified

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of purchase

  • Proof is submitted (e.g., error screenshots, installation logs)

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and remain subject to company approval.

📬 Refund Processing

If a refund (partial or full) is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 20 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the transaction
